Нашият екип

Приемствеността в ресторант „Bistrello“ е традиция. 

Преди две години шеф Владимир Тодоров стана главен готвач и беше представен на съвместна вечеря с предишния готвач Мирослав Димитров, който реши да замине за Норвегия, за да започне работа при българския шеф-сладкар Павел Павлов.

2 години по-късно договорът на шеф Тодоров изтече и той предаде щафетата на бившия главен готвач на „Andre“ – Валери Русанов, който поема кухнята на ресторант „Bistrello“.
